You will be working in:
English (fluency required), German (a big plus). Any additional language is an advantage.
How you will make an impact:
- Design and implement performance-oriented digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Display, Online Video, Paid Social, CTV/OTT/VOD, Audio, SEA).
- Develop account strategies with our growth team, defining optimal media mix, budget allocations, and campaign recommendations.
- Create detailed media plans and forecasts, and present them confidently to clients.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and set-up to optimization and reporting.
- Deliver clear, data-driven reports, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (growth, data science, content, product) and external partners.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by testing new tools and channels, becoming the team’s digital marketing expert.
- Support and mentor (Junior) Digital Marketing Managers.
Skills you will need to be successful:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, at an agency, DSP/ad tech platform, or digital-first brand/start-up.
- Strong knowledge of all relevant channels, from brand awareness (top funnel) to performance-driven campaigns (lower funnel).
- Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Programmatic Buying (IO, PG, PMP) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Hands-on with at least one major DSP: The Trade Desk, DV360, Adform, or Amazon DSP.
- Solid understanding of the OTT/CTV/VOD landscape and main players.
- Strong analytical skills, confident with Excel plus visualization tools like Looker Studio.
- Skilled at interpreting and communicating data and KPIs, with proven client-facing experience pitching, presenting, and building relationships.
- Proficient in building clear and impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate plans, results, and strategies effectively.
- Good understanding of attribution and tracking methods, including campaign measurement techniques.
- Familiar with project management workflows (experience with Asana a plus).
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently, proactive learner, and eager to explore new trends.
- Bonus if you bring expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Mobile Measurement Partners (Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular), or app campaigns.
