Working Student - AI Automation (m/f/d)

We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented student to join our media agency as a Workflow Automation Specialist. In this role you will design and implement process automation solutions that drive business transformation. You'll be at the forefront of revolutionising how marketing campaigns are executed, helping to shape the next generation of marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a business informatics student to gain hands-on experience applying automation concepts in a dynamic media environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated workflows using no-code/low-code platforms to streamline campaign execution
  • Create comprehensive documentation for all automated processes
  • Monitor and maintain existing automated workflows for media planning and delivery
  • Analyze process efficiency and recommend improvements to enhance marketing operations
  • Present automation results and metrics to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business Informatics or related degree program
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities
  • Experience with or willingness to learn no-code automation tools
  • Basic understanding of marketing processes and workflows
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice to have

  • Programming experience (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Experience with business process mapping
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Interest in marketing technology and (digital) media
