What you'll be working on: 

In this role you will be the driver for keeping the employee experience our highest priority. You measure and shape engagement, and provide support, tools, and training to our teams to retain & develop their talents. 

  • You will build and implement the strategy for global employee engagement 
  • You contribute to creating a culture where high performance and excellent employee experiences are working hand-in-hand
  • You design frameworks and best practices for establishing and promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • You provide trainings & coaching as well as general guidance to our leaders & employees on people-related topics such as career development, feedback, and change management


What we believe will help you succeed in this role:

  • You have studied Business Administration, Business Psychology, HR Management, Psychology or a similar field
  • You have gained at least 3 years of experience in a digital environment, preferably in the field of people & culture and/or learning & development
  • You are aware of the latest methods in learning & development, and like to stay up to date with new ideas and research
  • You are a very empathetic person and feel excited to develop and grow individuals, teams and organisations. You easily connect with different personalities and adapt to their unique needs
  • You are proactive and well organised person, and have experience with managing projects that involve a wide range of stakeholders
  • You speak and write English fluently (this is our company language) - German is a plus, but not a hard requirement
