Project Manager & Assistant to the COO (m/f/d)
You will closely collaborate with DCMN's Management team, especially with our COO, and you ensure that all administrative and organisational tasks are well taken care of.

What can you expect at DCMN?
We have five offices around the world - in this role, you'll be working from our Headquarters in Berlin.

You will have flexible working hours and you can work from home regularly. For this role, we are looking for a part-time employee (20-30 hours/week).
We of course provide you with the equipment needed for the role, which is also available to you for private use.
Our clients are digital brands and we have over a decade of experience supporting them with their media planning, growth strategies, market research and creation & production.
You will be working in:
English (fluency required), German skills are a plus
How you will make an impact:
You will closely collaborate with DCMN's Management team, especially with our COO, and you ensure that all administrative and organisational tasks are well taken care of. Your daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Researching and prioritising topics as agreed with our COO
Supporting project management for complex tasks and business projects in the area of operations
Supporting the creation of clear action plans for projects and incoming requests while assessing their urgency
Developing a good understanding of processes across departments and supporting internal communication
Creation of presentations based on briefings
Building and fostering professional connections with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating and preparing larger meetings with several stakeholders, offering support during meetings as needed
Fulfilling administrative tasks like booking and managing appointments and arranging business travel for the Management team
Skills you will need to be successful:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you have the confidence to communicate with various stakeholders and the Management
You have a good basic business and numeric understanding, and enjoy researching and learning new topics independently
You know how to work with others and show empathy. You anticipate upcoming topics and problems, and you keep the COO up to date proactively.
You take the initiative and can juggle several projects and deadlines simultaneously without getting overwhelmed - this is where your organisational talent shines. You'd agree that project management is your top strength!
You know your way around Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, Drive)
Your know how to handle confidential information, and you are loyal and act with integrity
