Join us at our Berlin location and ensure that our clients have the best possible experience when using our very own tracking and analysis technology for TV campaigns, DC Analytics. You are the link between tech and operations to delight clients and set new standards. 

 

You will be working in: English (fluency required), German skills are a plus but not required

 

How you will make an impact:

  • You are part of our operational team, and are fully responsible for onboarding and supporting our international clients and client teams using the DCMN’s TV attribution solution, a core product for the DCMN brand.
  • You are the friendly face people seek, a trust person they can reach out to that holds their hand from start to finish, setting them up for success.
  • You work closely with the product owner and the engineers, and have a strong influence on evolving and adapting the product.
  • You own and write comprehensive guides & frameworks our clients and client teams can live by.
  • You are the public face that will define how the product is perceived, and be the key to people's understanding of it.
  • You are the connector between our clients, the tech team and our client teams, driving knowledge sharing and inter-team collaboration.

 

Skills you will need to be successful: 

  • You are proactive and self-motivated, and have at least 2 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Support or Customer Success Manager with technical orientation.
  • You have good knowledge and practical experience with HTML, JavaScript, Google Analytics and web technology in general.
  • You are familiar with ad-tech like TVSquared, Adjust and Appsflyer - though not a requirement.
  • You enjoy working closely with Clients, Engineers, Data Scientists, Campaign/Account Managers, Product Owners and Offline Marketing Managers.
  • You have a strong passion for customer success and making technical things look easy. 
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and finding solutions where others may not.
