This is a (unique) call for a contractor/freelancer to support us! You'll enjoy flexible project-based working hours, estimated between 5-8 hours per week. Initially the purpose of this role is to cover parental leave, with the possibility of extension.

You will be working in: English (fluency required)

 

Join our ambitious, supportive and international team, and you’ll work on the following:

  • Help develop growth solutions for brands together with the client team, always with our mission in mind; to grow the market leaders of tomorrow
  • Planning, buying, controlling and on-going optimisation of UK marketing campaigns (with a strong focus on TV campaigns)
  • Take full responsibility for assigned marketing campaigns (focus on performance-driven TV campaigns)
  • Interpretation of campaign results and the ability to explain them to clients and discuss the results with them on an advanced level
  • Effectively communicate and promote our vision and philosophy to potential new clients and stakeholders when needed
  • Act as an entrepreneur, have a hands-on approach and proactively identify opportunities that go beyond to help grow business in the UK market

 

Skills you will need to be successful: 

  • At least 4 years of working experience in offline marketing and/or DRTV
  • 3+ years of experience in line-by-line planning, buying, controlling and on-going optimisation of TV campaigns in the UK.
  • A good network of contacts in the UK offline/TV landscape
  • First-hand experience with OTT campaigns and online video advertising is beneficial
  • Proficiency with planning and buying tools such as Techedge, Peach IMD, CARIA, etc.
  • Familiar with using and interpreting TV attribution tools
  • Knowledge of other offline channels (radio, OOH, etc.) would be an advantage
  • Not afraid of working with numbers and Excel, plus strong analytical skills
  • Previous experience in new business scenarios is beneficial.
  • Efficient and result-oriented working style
